WE OFFER A VARIETY OF SERVICES:
GUARDIANSHIP SERVICES
Guardianship Services are available for an adult individual, who, because of a physical or mental condition is substantially unable to provide food, clothing, or shelter for himself or herself, to care for the individual’s own physical health, or to manage the individual’s own financial affairs, or a person must have a guardian appointed for the person to receive funds due the person from a governmental source. (Estates Code, Section 1002.017)
GUARDIAN OF THE PERSON
Covenant Outreach can be court-appointed to make decisions concerning the client and to ensure that the best interest and personal welfare of the client is maintained in the least restrictive environment while meeting the individual’s needs. The agency will report directly to the court about the client.
GUARDIAN OF THE ESTATE
We are court-appointed to make decisions about the estate of the client. This includes making an inventory of all assets upon appointment, liquidating assets if necessary, and paying bills for the client out of their account. We are accountable directly to the court.
CARE MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Care Management Services are available as an alternative to Guardianship.
We can assist you in the management and supervision of healthcare, dietary, and household needs.
